Manifold Bolt
I bought a manifold gasket for $16 and it took be about four hours to brake it down and put it back together. I could not remove the broken bolt with a ezout this tool suck wast of three more hours and $10. I had to put it back together with out the back bolt. It did not even have an gasket in it so it sounded much better. I decided not to torque the bolts and tighten them as tight as posable because of the missing bolt. It worked like an charm no leak to be found. I was nervous about this so I went to a mechanic he tested it for leaks and said it looked good to him. He also said that a water line runs through the block by that bolt and it would be more work than it was worth to drill it out and replace the bolt. He added that it could not burn out a valve because the bolt that was missing would just release the exhaust in the air and not into one of the intake manifold ports thus not interfering with any valves. As of now no leaks, a ton quieter, and better gas millage.
