Just bought the Jeep it is in fair condition according to the blue book value. The turn signal switch has been broken off, it needs new tires, oil change, dif fluid change, it has the informs manifold bolt missing by the engine block, and a brake job.
Today I replaced all the tires with brand new Good Year Wrangler Tires. They were the cheapest I could find; got them a WallMart, and an Oil Change High Milage. I also went to the parts store and replaced the Air Filter it was nasty.
I have to get a belt for the Jeep while driving around town tonight the dry rotted belt spilt in half and started coming apart. The good news is that the Jeep did not leave me stranded.
I also switched my tags and some of the extras off my my old Isuzu Rodeo. My plan is to take every thing I can off of it to fix my Jeep and sell it for $3,000.00 to make my Jeep a even trade in.
So far the gas mileage is wonderful. I think it will increase with more repairs. Photos are on the way.

Just bought a 1995, Jeep Wrangler, 4 cylinder 2.5L, 4 wheel drive, it's in fair condition. I paid $3,000.00 dollars for the Jeep and thought it would be fun to do a blog about how well it runs and works. I will talk about fixing it, upgrading, and where I take it. I have always wanted a Jeep and now I have one; it is a surreal experience.
