12/6/10

Here we are at the jeep play ground.

C.B.

Got my C.B. in a Uniden PC 78L TW peaked and tuned by Kodak in North Little Rock, got a Astatic 636L Noise Canceling Dynamic Microphone, Radio Shack external speaker, 12 ft Astatic CLEAR SILVER RG8X coax, A Pyle 25 Watt PA speaker, and a 102 inch still wip, I drilled a hole in the right side of the bumper and put the antenna hook up there used zip ties to hold cable, wired into cigaret lighter wire took out the original and wired a double cigaret lighter and the C.B. some times I use the power sources to light a spot light. It is working good. Going to try and spread the word to get on channel 40 at 8 on week nights to chat local.

Fixed the heater

Fixed the heater for free yesterday. I found a dirt daubers nest in the electrical work took it out and it worked. I could have had heat last year. Lesson learned do a more better job ruling stuff out as broke. Should have checked it better.

5/9/10

New Brake Pads On the front.

Put new brake pads on the front, and added a little dot 3 brake fluid afterwords. It was a grand total of $21.00.

2/28/10

Jeep in the cold.

Sold the Isuzu

Sold it for $3,000 guess I broke even on the cost of the jeep.

Found an engine 4 CYL

Put an 80,000 mile engine from a roll over. I had it put in, also needed new motor mounts, sending units for the gauges. It cost $2,000.00 all together. The gauges working is a real plus.

Rebuilt Transmission

The transmission had some problems on a trip I took to Memphis. I had it rebuilt, and put a new clutch in it. The cost for everything was $1500.00 not to bad.
